$24.00- $26.00hour About the Opportunity This role involves supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The position focuses on preparing shipments, organizing product components, and ensuring accurate handling of materials. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Perform all warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality Assist customers with order pickup; complete deliveries of inventory to customer locations; provide basic customer service functions May perform basic modifications to parts of customer products per specified requirements Oversight of outbound shipment processes Assist with handling incoming telephone inquiries, and other administrative duties as requested Ensure a clean and safe working environment as well as the safety and security of all employees by following all safety and company standards Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner in order ensure little to no accidents Contribute and implement process suggestions in order to continuously improve warehouse operations Identify deviations in the process and immediately notify supervisor in order to correct issue Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occur in order to minimize safety risk This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance Requirements Dependable and organized with attention to detail Ability to bend and lift regularly during shifts Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment Strong ability to follow procedures and complete tasks accurately Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Must be authorized to work in the U.S. #2351
