We are looking for a Dealer Support Associate who is a quick learner, detailed oriented, and has a strong sense of responsibility and integrity. This individual will be responsible for answering phone calls, checking order status, processing order messages, creating shipping labels and more. This individual should be able to successfully perform in a fast-paced work environment, work well independently, also be team-oriented and have an understanding of professionalism with attention to detail. What you'll do: Inbound and outbound calls, and communications with dealers/vendors regarding orders, availability, pricing, shipping, and other operational issues. Coordinate with dealers/vendors, carriers, customers, and other operation departments to resolve order and customer issues. Respond to dealer, supplier, and customer emails and requests in a timely and professional manner. Monitor and respond to order messages, ensuring issues are properly resolved or escalated to management, when necessary. Create shipping labels and documents to support order fulfilment. Assist with escalated department-related calls from customer service, and identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction; follow up to ensure resolution Maintain accurate records of interactions with dealers, customers, and carriers. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize competing tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Follow company standards, procedures, policies, and service expectations. Provide proactive support to dealers, customers, and other internal teams.
