Locating and retrieving correct SKUs from storage bins using picking strategies (e.g., zone picking, batch picking, wave picking) and barcode scanners.

Packing & Quality Control:

Verifying picked items against the packing slip, inspecting goods for defects, and selecting appropriate shipping materials (boxes, poly mailers, dunnage).

Kitting & Value-Added Services:

Assembling custom product bundles, adding gift messages, inserts, or specialized branding labels when required.
