Full-Time / Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fulfillment Associate to join a busy warehouse team in Orlando, FL. The Fulfillment Associate will support daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations, working alongside the Fulfillment Lead and Supervisor to ensure customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. Responsibilities Pull products/SKUs from warehouse racking and bring them to a centralized area for order building. Build and prepare customer orders efficiently while meeting same-day fulfillment goals. Accurately organize and handle products throughout the fulfillment process. Use basic computer skills to navigate systems such as Google Sheets. Learn and efficiently operate the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS). Safely operate a pallet jack. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist with other warehouse departments and duties as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software. Ability to safely operate a pallet jack. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment .
