Job Description

Join Our Team We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Coordinator to support our sales and manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for entering and coordinating customer orders while working closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, Purchasing, and Accounting to help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with details, stays organized, communicates well with others, and takes pride in producing accurate work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Review and enter customer sales orders accurately into the company's ERP system. Verify customer information, pricing, product specifications, quantities, and shipping requirements. Coordinate order processing with internal departments to support timely production and delivery. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Communicate professionally with customers regarding order status and updates. Process order revisions, changes, returns, and credits as needed. Generate reports and assist with administrative projects. Protect confidential customer and company information. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Strong computer and keyboarding skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Preferred Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments ERP or order management software experience Customer service, sales support, or order processing experience Physical Requirements Primarily an office position requiring extended computer use Occasional walking through manufacturing areas Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
