All duties pertaining to and dealing with the functioning of order picking and pre-production in warehouse.

Responsibilities/Duties :

• Pulling/Picking orders and samples
• Matching paperwork and/or tackle twill
• Matching silk screen, tackle twill
• Logging information onto spreadsheets
• Putting ordered product in line for production
• Maintenance of equipment
• Maintaining proper inventory for materials and products used for the job
• Stocking
• Unloading trucks, checking in trucks
• Driving fork truck, scissors lift, and stock chaser
• Printing & peeling as needed
• Heat pressing as needed
• Maintaining a clean and positive work environment
• Cleaning restrooms or other areas within the company, yard work, remove garbage, recycle etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements :

• Identify different products and their coding
• Utilize software and computer systems to log product and work
• Understanding of production procedures
• Maintain attention to detail to spot flawed or damaged product
• Must possess fork truck operations experience and /or certification or have a willingness to learn and be trained on this equipment.
• Good understanding of quality control principles
• Completes tasks correctly and on time, observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions
• Is consistently at work and on time
• Commits to long hours of work when necessary

Work Context:

• Requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, turning, and carrying, lifting, driving and reading paperwork
• Requires working indoors in non-environmentally controlled conditions.
• Requires repetitive movements
• Requires good vision
• Lift up to 25 lbs.

Education and Experience :

• Previous experience in retail/warehouse environments a plus.
