PeopleShare is seeking experienced Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operators for a busy distribution facility in Aurora, IL. Job Responsibilities

Safely operate an Order Picker / Cherry Picker

Pick and pull customer orders accurately

Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory

Retrieve and store inventory in elevated racking locations

Stage and prepare orders for shipment

Perform inventory and quality checks

Assist with shipping and receiving operations

Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

Previous Order Picker / Cherry Picker experience required

Reach Truck experience is a strong plus

RF scanner experience preferred

Comfortable working at heights

Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift

Reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Steel-toe boots required

Ability to work overtime as needed

Schedule & Overtime

1st Shift

Monday - Friday

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Overtime may be required during the week and on weekends based on business needs.
