Job Summary The Order Entry Clerk must possess the ability to process all agent orders in a timely manner and manage multiple tasks. This person must have strong organization skills with a customer focus, and a sense of urgency. Ensuring customer satisfaction is critical through communication and efficient responsive completion of tasks. The exercising of sound judgment and creativity are essential in meeting both business goals and customer expectations. This position reports to the Order Entry Lead. Requirements Qualifications High School diploma. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (customer care, order entry, etc). Proven track record within lighting industry is a plus. Experience with JD Edwards is preferred but not required. Competencies Strong written and verbal communications skills. Strong organization and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize requests. Strong sense of urgency for exceeding customer expectations. A passionate customer advocate and positive work attitude. Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, PTO, VTO Salary Range $40,000-$45,000
