Full-time Crown Distributors is currently seeking a 1st Shift Order Selector for our Topeka facility. No prior warehouse experience is required; we offer comprehensive training for individuals who are punctual, reliable, and capable of meeting the physical demands of the role. This position operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM , offering consistent Saturday and Sunday days off.

Responsibilities Selecting Customer Orders:

Use our voice-directed system with a forearm-mounted iPhone for navigation and a hand-mounted scanner for UPC verification.

Pallet Optimization:

Efficiently build secure, well-balanced pallets to ensure product stability during transit and damage-free delivery to customers.

Staging & Preparation:

Secure completed pallets using shrink-wrap and stage them in designated outbound shipping lanes.

Operate Equipment:

Safely operate electric pallet jacks. (

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Must be able to report to work reliably and maintain regular attendance.
