KM Tactical is a primarily online retailer of AR-15, Glock and Sig Sauer firearm parts (we are not an FFL) located in Lee's Summit, Mo. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Order Fulfillment Clerk. They would be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order processing, inventory management, and general stockroom duties. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of firearm parts is preferred.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Picking merchandise required to fulfill customer orders Thoroughly inspecting picked merchandise for damage or other problems Safely packaging merchandise for shipment Double-checking shipment contents against work orders to ensure accuracy Transporting packaged orders to shipping department What you'll need to succeed: High school diploma or equivalent. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems/software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds.
