With the holiday season approaching, we're looking for a reliable, hardworking team member who is willing to jump in wherever needed to help keep things running smoothly. This is a hands-on position and no two days are exactly the same. You may spend part of your day pulling and packing online orders, then help a customer in the showroom, answer the phone, process an order, restock products, or help wherever the team needs an extra set of hands. What You'll Do Pull, process, and pack online orders accurately and efficiently Help customers in our showroom Answer customer phone calls and assist with questions and orders Respond to customer emails as needed Process customer orders and payments Restock products and help keep inventory organized Assist with receiving and putting away merchandise Help keep the showroom and warehouse organized Jump in wherever needed, especially during our busy holiday season What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, organized, and willing to help wherever needed. You should enjoy staying busy, be comfortable switching between different tasks throughout the day, and take pride in getting things done correctly. At least 1 year of retail, customer service, order fulfillment, or similar experience preferred Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Friendly and comfortable working directly with customers Strong attention to detail—accuracy is very important when filling orders Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable and able to work independently as well as with a small team Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of beads, gemstones, or jewelry making is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person Schedule Minimum 24 hours per week Schedule options may include: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM OR Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Some flexibility may be needed during our busy holiday season.
