Your responsibilities

Drive great throughput and selection rates by quickly and accurately pulling products from warehouse racks and storage locations based on production demands
Efficiently utilize powered or manual pallet jack equipment to build multi-item pallets or carts of orders for transport, focusing on safe stacking and weight distribution
Prioritize urgency when completing hot or high-priority orders to meet tight shipping deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction
Follow all company procedures for handling, staging, and documenting pulled orders, minimizing errors and preventing inventory shrinkage
Actively participate in team efforts to maintain clean aisles and efficient organization across the warehouse picking areas.
