Shift time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Essential Functions:
Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications Promptly respond to all calls or messages from supervisor or designated representative Fill shipping or transfer orders for goods from stored merchandise in accordance with requests and instructions Comply with filling orders in accordance with specifications on sales slips, customer orders, or other instructions Maintain records of outgoing orders Track items filled or omitted Requisition additional stock Report supply shortages to supervisor Maintain stockroom Operate a forklift safely, efficiently and in limited space areas Attend work regularly according to assigned work schedule Work a flexible schedule as required Comply with uniform dress code and personal hygiene standards Comply with all security procedures Wear ID badge(s) at all times while performing work under this Contract Attend and participate in in-service training, staff meetings, and other activities to facilitate professional development Work cooperatively with others in a manner which is positive, enthusiastic, respectful and courteous

Essential Personnel:
This position is designated as essential. This means that when the facility is faced with an institutional emergency, employees in this position may be required to remain at their work location or to report to work to protect, recover, and continue operations at the facility.
Education:
High school diploma or its equivalent Knowledge of typing, filing, and office procedures and routines Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as
MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, JAMS
Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years' experience in order fulfillment
