Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately entered, processed, and tracked with efficiency and precision. Your proactive approach will help maintain seamless operations, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities Accurately enter customer orders into our QuickBooks databases, ensuring all details are correct and complete Manage order processing workflows from receipt to completion, including verifying product availability and coordinating with warehouse teams Maintain organized filing systems for order documentation, invoices, and related records to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness Utilize computer skills to update databases, generate reports, and perform data collection tasks that support operational insights Perform data entry with high typing accuracy, including transcription of order details and customer information Use Microsoft Excel to analyze order trends, inventory levels, and processing metrics for continuous improvement Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders or data entry Requirements Proven clerical experience or office experience with a strong focus on data entry and administrative tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, for data analysis Familiarity with Quick Books or similar database management software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms efficiently Basic math skills for verifying quantities, pricing, and totals during order entry Experience with filing, data collection, and maintaining detailed records in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform repetitive typing tasks accurately while maintaining focus over extended periods Join us as an Order Processing Specialist and become an essential part of our operational excellence! Pay:
