Order Fulfillment Associate - 3rd Shift ??

Pay:
$20.00/hour ??
Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM ??
Mandatory Overtime:
Every Other Saturday Important Training Schedule:
On your first day, you will report at 7:30 PM and work an 8-hour shift for onboarding and training. After the first day, you will transition to the regular 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM schedule. We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associates to join our warehouse team in Athens, TX . This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, staged, and prepared for shipment while supporting efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Move merchandise to pallets, conveyors, shelves, staging areas, and trucks Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices Read and follow shipping orders, work orders, and production schedules Locate, label, and prepare products for shipment Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed Maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, organized work environment Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Forklift or Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience is required Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred Ability to safely operate material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment Must be available to work mandatory overtime every other Saturday Physical Requirements Regularly lift up to 40 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting throughout the shift Why Join Our Team?
