$20/hour + Quarterly Bonus Job Summary As a Warehouse Order Puller, you'll be responsible for accurately pulling and preparing customer orders for our vending and micro-market services. You will regularly operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks and must be able to safely lift up to 40 pounds. This role is essential to keeping our customers' breakrooms stocked with top-quality products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Accurately pull customer orders from pick sheets and inventory system Load and unload product from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies Stage and organize product for delivery routes Rotate stock and monitor for expired or damaged items Assist with maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety procedures and protocols Support inventory counts and restocking efforts as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse or order pulling experience strongly preferred Prior experience operating a forklift (certification preferred) Experience using a pallet jack Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical role Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Team player with good communication skills Benefits Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Family-Owned Culture Opportunities for Development Who is Executive Refreshments?
