This position is primarily responsible for using reach trucks, order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks to locate, pull, move, and stage customer orders and inventory. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and warehouse team to ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped safely, accurately, and on schedule. The ideal candidate has strong experience operating powered warehouse equipment, pays close attention to product numbers and quantities, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Required:
At least two years of hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment, including reach trucks, order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks. Reach truck experience is essential. Current equipment certification or documented operator training is preferred. What You'll Do Use reach trucks, order pickers, and forklifts to locate and pull customer orders from warehouse storage locations Safely retrieve inventory stored at various rack levels Verify item numbers, finishes, sizes, quantities, and product condition before staging orders Move pallets and inventory safely throughout the warehouse using the appropriate equipment Stage pulled orders in designated packing and shipping areas Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive inbound shipments and verify product quantities and condition Stock wheels and accessories in assigned warehouse locations using reach trucks, forklifts, and other equipment Prepare outbound orders using shipping systems, labels, and required documentation Assist with FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL freight, and other domestic shipments Load and unload trucks using proper warehouse equipment and safe operating procedures Unload inbound shipping containers and sort, palletize, and stage products for storage Assist with loading outbound containers and freight shipments Perform equipment inspections and report damage, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks Report product damage, inventory discrepancies, and shipping issues promptly Maintain clean, organized, and unobstructed aisles, staging areas, and equipment zones Work with the warehouse team to meet daily order-pulling and shipping deadlines Follow all company safety procedures, equipment rules, and warehouse policies Support additional warehouse duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For At least two years of warehouse or distribution experience At least two years of hands-on experience operating reach trucks, order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks Proven ability to safely pull orders and retrieve inventory from warehouse racking Reach truck experience is required Forklift and order picker experience is required Current equipment certification or documented operator training is preferred Ability to accurately match item numbers, product descriptions, and quantities Experience using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other shipping software is a plus Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to climb on and operate approved warehouse equipment safely Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse work for extended periods Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work scheduled shifts and meet daily order and shipping deadlines Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from work Authorization to work in the United States What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Career growth opportunities within the warehouse and operations team Stable, long-term employment with a growing company Supportive team environment Job type:
