Job Description

Under limited supervision, performs routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures. May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. Ability to work independently with strong attention to accuracy and detail. Able to understand and act on written instructions. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software required. Detail oriented.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED is required. Provides clerical support to a department(s) and performs clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Identifies opportunities for improvement of workflows and proactively works with management to implement improvements as appropriate. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems. Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions to perform assigned duties. Assists in the completion of special projects and reports as needed. Monitors security cameras and dispatches parking-related calls as needed; location may vary based on departmental needs. Performs all other duties as assigned.
