Alaska Wild Berry Products is looking for dependable and hardworking Seasonal Packaging Associates to join our Candy Kitchen team for the holiday season! This position is primarily focused on packaging our chocolates and candies for the busy holiday season , while also sharing in the general cleaning, sanitation, and organizational responsibilities of our Candy Kitchen. No candy-making experience is required. This is a great seasonal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a team. What You'll Do As a Seasonal Packaging Associate, you will help prepare our candy products for retail, wholesale, corporate gifting, and holiday orders.
Responsibilities include:
Packaging chocolates, candies, fudge, and other confectionery products Filling boxes, bags, trays, and other holiday packaging Labeling and dating packaged products Assembling gift boxes and holiday candy assortments Wrapping, sealing, and preparing finished products Checking products and packaging for quality and accuracy Keeping packaging supplies stocked and organized Washing dishes, utensils, trays, containers, and other kitchen equipment Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and shared kitchen areas Participating in daily and scheduled kitchen cleaning duties Keeping storage, packaging, and work areas clean and organized Following food safety, sanitation, and company procedures Assisting the Candy Kitchen team with other holiday production needs as assigned Everyone on our Candy Kitchen team shares responsibility for keeping the kitchen clean, sanitary, and organized. Cleaning and dishes are a regular part of this position and should be expected throughout each shift. What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Detail-oriented and able to follow packaging instructions Willing to clean, wash dishes, and participate in shared kitchen responsibilities Able to work independently while also contributing to a team Able to follow written cleaning schedules and food safety procedures Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and move boxes, ingredients, and packaging supplies No previous candy-making experience is required. Training will be provided. Food Worker Card Requirement Because this position works within our Candy Kitchen and handles food products, employees must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Alaska Food Worker Card as required for the position. Seasonal Availability This is a temporary seasonal position supporting our holiday production needs. Candidates should have good availability throughout the holiday season, particularly during our busiest production weeks in November and December. Additional hours may be available during peak holiday production.

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
