$20.00 per hourSchedule:
Monday- Friday | Overtime as needed 1st shift: 5:00 am
- 1:40 pm 2nd shift: 1:20 pm
- 9:50 pm

This opportunity lets you pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while helping customers receive the right items on time and in excellent condition. Job Duties Pack and label products according to company specifications. Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy. Operate basic packaging equipment as trained. Follow all GMP, FDA, food-safety, and sanitation requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Accurately count, weigh, package, and stack products as required. Complete production paperwork and documentation when necessary. Report product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems. Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality. Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Packer. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
