We are looking for an extremely dependable , hardworking, and detail-oriented Order Picker with warehouse experience and proven experience operating forklifts and cherry pickers. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position! We are looking for someone who consistently shows up on time, completes scheduled shifts, works efficiently, and can be counted on by the rest of the warehouse team. This is a physically demanding warehouse position involving order picking, packing, lifting, inventory handling, and operation of warehouse equipment. Responsibilities Use an RF scanner to accurately locate and pick products Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify SKUs, quantities, and products before completing orders Pack and prepare orders for shipment Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments as needed Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations Follow all warehouse procedures and safety requirements Requirements Forklift experience a must & required Cherry picker experience a must & required Previous warehouse order-picking experience strongly preferred RF scanner experience preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the workday Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift Excellent attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong time-management skills Dependable transportation to and from work 90-Day Introductory Period This position includes a 90-day introductory period. During this period, attendance, punctuality, reliability, productivity, accuracy, safety, ability to follow instructions, equipment operation, and overall job performance will be evaluated. Successful completion of the introductory period does not change the at-will nature of employment.
