The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials handling. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to operate heavy equipment safely, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment for loading and unloading goods. Manage inventory control processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners. Produce Pro (WMS) experience is a plus Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate order picking and packing. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing products within the warehouse. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels. Follow OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve efficiency. Utilize mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance of warehouse equipment. Support packaging operations and prepare products for shipment. Participate in training sessions for new equipment or processes as required. Requirements Able to work in cooler around 46-56F Previous warehouse experience in produce is preferred. Knowledge of inventory management techniques and order fulfillment processes is essential. Experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, or reach trucks is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
