Job Description
Job Summary Join our fulfillment team as a Pick/Pack Associate to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The Fulfillment Pick/Pack Associate is responsible for accurate picking, packing, assembling, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position performs handwork, kit building, order fulfillment, shrink wrapping, and other production tasks while meeting established quality and productivity standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Duties & Responsibilities Perform handwork, kit building, order fulfillment, packaging, and shrink-wrapping activities. Follow job tickets, work instructions, and production requirements accurately. Package products with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Maintain continuous operation of the production line while meeting established production expectations after training. Meet production deadlines and quality standards. Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively. Rotate between various jobs and workstations on the production line as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Properly use required safety equipment and follow all company safety procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packaging, or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and follow basic job tickets and work instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Dependable and willing to learn new tasks and processes. Ability to work overtime, including weekends, when required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. Physical Requirements Work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment approximately 95% of the time and an office environment approximately 5% of the time. Ability to stand and walk approximately 95% of the workday. Ability to sit approximately 5% of the workday. Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and handle products and materials. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 lbs. occasionally . Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Pay:
$17.00 - $20.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
