Hiring for the Fall start date beginning of September !

A LA FOLIE

is looking for an experienced delivery driver/cookie packer to bring our products to our Chicagoland & Southern Wisconsin customers. We're looking for an outgoing, dependable, and detail-oriented Cookie Packer to join our production kitchen team! This hands-on role is all about teamwork, precision, and pride in your work. You'll help assemble and package our beautiful macarons, verifying every cookie looks as good as it tastes and deliver them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Delivery:

Pack and load large orders onto the van according to the packing slip Safely operate delivery van Load and unload orders to delivery locations 2.

Macarons Assembly & Packaging:

Carefully match macarons tops and bottoms to create the perfect pair Transfer completed macarons to trays and packaging boxes for distribution Maintain consistency and quality with every batch 3.

Kitchen Support & Organization:

Assist the production team with basic prep and packaging tasks as needed Keep your station clean, organized, and running smoothly Communicate proactively with team members to keep operations efficient 4.

Quality & Food Safety:

Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times Verify all products meet quality standards before packaging Help maintain a clean and compliant workspace 5.

Teamwork & Professionalism:

Show up on time and ready to contribute every day Support your teammates with a positive, can-do attitude Take pride in delivering excellence, because our customers can taste it!

Qualifications and Skills:

Be at least 22 years or older Valid U.S. driver's license Good Driving Record High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and time management skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team 1 year of experience in the same industry or role Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs. Creative problem-solving abilities and a positive mindset

Availability:

Saturday availability is required Afternoon shifts (11am - 5pm) 1-2 Morning shift per week (one shift always on Saturday)
