The Job You'll build wooden shipping crates and secure large industrial equipment to pallets so it arrives safely to customers. You'll use hand tools and power tools, work from simple instructions, and take pride in sending out a product that's built right. This is hands-on, physical work in a clean, air-conditioned facility. No experience in this exact role? No problem — if you know how to use tools and show up every day ready to work, we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do Build wooden crates from scratch Strap and brace products to skids so nothing moves in shipping Use hand tools and power tools daily Check orders before packing to make sure everything is right Keep your work area clean and safe . What We're Looking For At least 6 months of work history (any job) Comfortable using basic hand tools Able to lift up to 35 lbs Shows up. Every day. On time.
