Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Job Duties Pack products according to customer specifications and quality standards Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Assemble kits and packaged products as needed Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately Inspect products for quality, damage, or missing items Verify order quantities and shipment accuracy Perform shrink wrapping and packaging tasks Prepare products for loading and transportation Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Work with team members to meet daily goals Perform other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Packing Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
