Job Description Village Ford is seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Picker. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and preparing automotive parts for Service Technicians, retail customers, and wholesale orders. The role ensures efficiency in the Parts Department by organizing inventory, pulling requested parts quickly, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Accurately locate and retrieve parts from inventory based on customer requests. Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure accuracy before distribution. Assist with stocking shelves and organizing inventory for easy access. Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies to the Parts Manager. Assist in conducting cycle counts and full inventory audits. Follow all safety and dealership procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an automotive parts department is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift 50lbs and walk for extended periods. Must be able to climb stairs often during the shift. Basic computer skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
