Job Title:

Shipper Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Shippers. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving products, packaging them, and shipping them out to customers. Your primary focus will be on handling beverages, unpacking cases of canned beverages, and repacking them into various pack sizes. Additionally, you will be tasked with making and folding boxes, taping packages, palletizing cases for shipment, and ensuring proper documentation is attached for shipping. Logging data in the computer and loading shipments onto trucks are also part of the role. Responsibilities Receive and unpack cases of canned beverages. Repack beverages into 4-pack, 8-pack, 12-pack, and 24-pack cartons. Make and fold boxes for packaging. Tape and palletize cases for shipment. Attach proper documentation for shipment. Log data into the computer system. Load shipments onto trucks. Essential Skills Experience in packaging, shipping, and receiving. General labor skills related to packaging and packing. Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly. Capacity to stand for up to 10 hours on concrete flooring. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly preferred but not required. Flexibility to work on weekends occasionally. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is fast-paced and repetitive, set in a nice facility with a focus on comfort and efficiency. The job requires standing for extended periods on concrete, so supportive footwear is recommended. Work hours are structured to include two paid breaks, and there is potential for overtime on Saturdays. Shifts run from 5:00 am to 2:00 am, totaling 52 hours per week if working Monday through Saturday. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
