Job Title:

Order Picker Job Description As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for preparing and completing orders, which includes loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping products. This role requires you to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and work comfortably on a computer. You will need to understand written and verbal English, pick orders based on assigned zones, and track your picks using an RF Scanner. The position involves standing, bending, and lifting for 8-10 hours to handle materials. You will pick, pack, and ship online customer orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for all outbound shipments. The role utilizes handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). Responsibilities Prepare and complete orders including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping. Lift up to 50 lbs periodically. Work comfortably on a computer and understand written and verbal English. Pick orders based on assigned zones and track picks with an RF Scanner. Stand, bend, and lift for 8-10 hours for material handling. Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders with speed and accuracy. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for all outbound shipments. Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). Essential Skills 2+ years of order picking experience. Experience using RF scanners. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Understanding of written and verbal English. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of retail experience preferred. 1+ year of packing experience in a high volume environment preferred. Experience with inventory and packing. Proficiency in using a pallet jack. Steel Toe Shoes are required. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
