Our entry level production associate plays a highly critical role in our operations. This position is responsible for efficiently packaging finished products on an assembly line, ensuring proper quantity, quality checks, and labeling, while maintaining a consistent pace to meet production targets.

Schedule:

Night Shift 7-7:15 ($1 premium for night shift)

Essential Functions:

Visually checking products for defects, damage, contamination, or inconsistencies before packaging Working at a consistent speed to meet production KPI's Identifying and reporting product defects, packaging issues, or equipment malfunctions Adhere to all safety guidelines and Safe Quality Food guidelines Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

Previous production line experience is preferred Attention to detail: ability to carefully inspect products & packaging

Manual Dexterity:

Fine motor skills for handling products and packaging materials with precision

Physical Stamina:

ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks & motions Basic Math skills: to count products and verify quantities

Teamwork:

collaborating effectively with all other positions to maintain a smooth workflow Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

Factory/warehouse setting Standing on a production line or walking throughout department Involves exposure to noise and temperature fluctuations

Pay:

$21.17 per hour
