Job Description Crown Staffing is now hiring a full time Production Worker in Truesdale, MO! Monday-Thursday | 6:00am- 4:30pm | $15.00/Hr Responsibilities Prepare parts by cleaning, polishing, and removing contaminants or oxidation. Operate and monitor plating equipment to ensure proper chemical balance and immersion times. Perform acid pickling and electro-cleaning processes to ensure surfaces are ready for plating. Inspect parts for defects, imperfections, and plating quality throughout the process. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all safety and environmental regulations regarding chemical handling and waste disposal. Assist with chrome plating processes as needed, including pretreatment and finishing. Support team members with general production tasks, including loading/unloading racks and maintaining a clean work area. Qualifications Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and quality. Willingness to work around chemicals and follow strict safety protocols. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
