Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Administer medication safely and accurately in accordance with care plans and protocols Support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities through tailored activities and behavior management strategies Operate manual handling techniques to ensure safe patient lifting practices during transfers or repositioning Maintain detailed documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to track progress and incidents Uphold residents' rights by respecting privacy, dignity, and individual preferences at all times Engage clients in social activities to promote community integration and personal development Follow safety protocols including first aid procedures, CPR certification standards, and emergency response plans . Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments highly desirable but not necessary.
