Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate at our Charlotte, NC Distribution Center to join our team! This role reports to the Shift Supervisor and plays a key part in safe, efficient warehouse operations.
Pay:
$23.97 /hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate supports the daily operations of the warehouse by performing receiving, processing, storing, and shipping activities. The role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains warehouse organization, and follows established procedures. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under moderate supervision.
Principal Responsibilities:
Administer and support daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging, and storage of materials, supplies, and equipment Receive, inspect, and audit incoming goods for accuracy and quality Organize and store inventory to support efficient workflow and accessibility Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving to optimize warehouse space Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure accountability for all materials Perform shipping tasks following proper documentation and procedural standards Monitor equipment and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment Follow operational guidelines, escalating routine issues to senior staff as needed Support continuous improvement in areas such as process efficiency and space utilization Required Skills /
Qualifications:
Skills developed through formal training or relevant warehouse experience Experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, or inventory control preferred Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and guidelines Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials Effective communication skills and the ability to work with moderate supervision Ability to resolve routine issues with assistance from senior staff
