Masis is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team. Associates are responsible for accurately picking, scanning, packing, labeling, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Sunday- Thursday Flexibility Required:

Must be available to train one week on 1st shift 5am-3pm Monday thru Friday Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pick merchandise from assigned warehouse locations using pick tickets, RF scanners, or other warehouse technology. Verify item numbers, descriptions, quantities, sizes, and other product details prior to packing. Pack products securely and efficiently according to company standards and order requirements. Apply shipping labels, routing labels, and required documentation accurately. Inspect merchandise and packaging for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report concerns promptly. Stage completed orders in designated outbound shipping areas. Meet established productivity, accuracy, quality, and attendance standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures, security requirements, and supervisor instructions. Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, returns, sorting, and other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, order fulfillment, or pick/pack experience preferred but not required. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills and the ability to accurately match product numbers and quantities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and peak-season schedules as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, twisting, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
