Admetec, a global leader in custom magnifying loupes and headlights for dentists and surgeons, is expanding its operations in the US. Admetec Inc is seeking a Production & Packaging Associate for its new repair center and manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC. Join our founding team, help build operations from the ground up, and grow with the company! Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day activities and operations within the technical department. Perform fine precision tasks, delicate assembly, production operations, and packaging in according with work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain strict quality assurance standards and perform final product inspections. Execute work in an organized, accurate, and highly meticulous manner with close attention to detail. Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently. Complete additional technical and operational tasks based on business needs. Qualifications Prior experience in production, fine assembly, or packaging

• strongly preferred. Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• strongly preferred.

Exceptional precision, thoroughness, and strong technical aptitude. Highly responsible, well-organized, and detail oriented. Strong team player with good communication skills.
