Packaging Associate

FIRST SHIFT

Marlboro , NJ 07746 | $15.92 per hour | On-site | Full Time | Mon-Thur 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st Shift) We are seeking dependable Packaging Associates to inspect, weigh, and package finished nutraceutical products according to established procedures. This position supports daily production while maintaining quality, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, weigh, and package finished products. Monitor product flow through packaging equipment. Follow all quality, safety, and production procedures. Report product defects, waste, downtime, or equipment concerns. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Rotate between workstations as production needs change. Qualifications Previous packaging, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
