We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Puller to join our dynamic team. The Puller will play a crucial role in accurately preparing products for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Accurately pick, pull, and count items from inventory based on order specifications. Assemble and stack/box products. Shrink wrapping, making boxes. Ensure that all products are handled with care and meet quality standards. Maintain an organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Other duties as needed.

Requirements :

Must be 18+ years old. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs (5-10lbs consistently) Basic math skills required. Stand or sitting for extended periods. Good attendance is a must. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Must submit to Background Check and Drug Screening (currently not testing for marijuana).
