Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass unitsMay support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windowsPerform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routersUnderstand and carry out verbal instructionsRead and carry out simple written instructionsRead work orders, labels, and schedulesUse a tape measure (will be asked to read measurements during the interview), inspect, examine, and observe for product defectsMake fraction and decimal conversionsOperate any equipment needed to perform a jobPerform other duties as assignedProvide on-the-job training to new employeesQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age to applyMust be authorized to work in the USMust be able to pass a background check and drug testAbility to carry out written or verbal instructionsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistPreferably with experience in manufacturingPreferably with experience reading a tape measureEmployees are required to stand or walk on a concrete floor surface for up to a ten-hour shift

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PMDuties and ResponsibilitiesThe Extrusion Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands.
