Job Description
Cornell Pump Company is a prominent leader in the centrifugal pump industry with over 75 years of experience and continuous growth. Our manufacturing facilities located in Clackamas, OR, Vancouver, WA, and Rock Hill, SC allow us to serve diverse markets such as Agriculture, Industrial, Municipal, Rental, and Mining. We are seeking a hands-on Crate, Skid & Packaging Specialist to join our shipping team in Clackamas, OR. In this physically active role, you'll build custom crates and prepare industrial equipment for shipment around the world. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, detail-oriented work and wants to grow manufacturing and logistics skills in a stable team environment.

$22-$25/hr.DOE Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30PM What You'll Do:
Build wooden crates, skids, and custom packaging for industrial equipment Prepare, label, and verify shipments for accuracy and safe transport Load/unload materials and assist with shipping operations Coordinate with production and shipping teams to meet daily schedules Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environmentWhat We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED Ability to read and follow shipping documentation Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or shipping experience Experience building crates or skids Forklift experienceWhat We Offer:
