NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking a Shipping/Warehouse associate for a family-owned manufacturing company that specializes in dairy products and is located on the outskirts of Eugene, OR.

What we are seeking:

1+ Year of Pick and Pack experience in a warehouse using an RF scanner to accurately prepare orders for shipping. Experience using forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials in and out of cold storage and production. Previous experience in a food production facility is preferred with familiarity of GMP processes. Capable of keeping work areas clean, sanitary, and well organized for working with a diverse product line with lot numbers. Ability to work in an environment that is constantly at 40 degrees. Familiarity with using handheld computers or tablets to read picking tickets and order queue. Can lift up to 50lbs on occasion and stand, walk, stoop, bend, push, and pull for a 10-hour shift. Great attitude, teamwork, attendance, and punctuality.
