$15.55-$17.00 per hour Entry-Level Position Will Leather Goods is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker & Packer. This position helps ensure our leather goods are picked accurately, packed carefully, and shipped to customers and retail partners on time. No previous warehouse experience is required. We're looking for someone who works hard, follows directions, and takes pride in doing the job correctly. Responsibilities Pick products accurately using order sheets or warehouse systems Confirm item numbers, colors, sizes, and quantities Inspect products for visible damage or quality concerns Pack leather goods carefully and according to company standards Apply shipping labels and prepare completed orders for shipment Keep products, packaging materials, and work areas organized Receive, count, label, and put away incoming inventory Assist with inventory counts and product-location checks Restock picking and packing stations Report inventory differences, damaged products, and order issues Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse Assist with other warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Strong attention to detail Able to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move products throughout the shift Able to safely lift and carry boxes and merchandise Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic reading, counting, and computer skills Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory experience is helpful but not required Schedule This position may require overtime, extended shifts, and weekend work during busy periods, especially during the holiday season.
