We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Video Games Tester & Picker/Packer to join our team at our Fleetwood, PA location. This role focuses on testing, inspecting, and ensuring the quality and functionality of retro video games and consoles before they reach our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Test retro video games and consoles to ensure full functionality and performance. Identify and document technical issues, defects, or performance inconsistencies. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on consoles and gaming accessories. Conduct quality assurance checks on hardware and game titles before shipment. Maintain detailed testing reports and update system records accurately. Collaborate with the repair and warehouse teams to ensure products meet company standards. Ensure all tested items are properly labeled, organized, and ready for distribution.
Key Requirements:
Strong knowledge of retro video game consoles and classic game titles. Experience in testing, troubleshooting, or repairing video game consoles is highly preferred. Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect functional or cosmetic defects. Basic technical skills in handling electronic components and gaming hardware. Ability to follow testing procedures and documentation standards. Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
