Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products in accordance with manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements. Your energetic approach will help ensure smooth operations, maintain high safety standards, and support the production process from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment where your skills in materials handling, equipment operation, and process adherence are valued and essential for success. Duties Operate packaging equipment and industrial machinery safely and efficiently to prepare products for shipment. Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to ensure product quality and compliance with FDA regulations. Handle materials using appropriate material handling equipment such as forklifts, ensuring safe lifting techniques and adherence to safety standards. Interpret production documents, work orders, and packaging instructions accurately to complete tasks correctly. Perform mechanical troubleshooting on packaging machinery to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime. Conduct heavy lifting and manual assembly tasks as needed, maintaining safety protocol adherence at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and packaging area, supporting overall warehouse operations and materials handling processes. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively. Experience operating packaging equipment and material handling tools such as forklifts. Familiarity with
GMP, CGMP
(Current Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA regulations, and safety standards in production environments. Ability to interpret manufacturing documents, work orders, and technical instructions clearly. Basic skills for measurements, counts, and quality checks during packaging processes. Prior experience in manufacturing facility operations or warehouse environments is preferred. Excellent safety protocol adherence with a focus on safe lifting, equipment operation, and hazard awareness. Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
