Job Description

Handy Art has been manufacturing high-quality artists' paints in every color since 1974! An employee friendly, hard-working, growing company with a quality-focused approach. Packing Associates responsibilities include operating basic filling machines to fill containers with paint, capping filled containers, labeling and assembling products into sets. Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. Overtime opportunities.

Packing Associate Duties:
Pack product in containers with correct quantities and labels. Document actions by completing production logs. Responsible for basic set-ups, adjustments and monitoring machinery. Maintain a plant culture that embraces the values of honesty, trust and mutual respect. Other duties as assigned.
Packing Associate Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic counting and math skills. All packing employees are expected to be available to work in all areas of production. Must be able to stand, wearing safety-toe shoes, entire duration of shift. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to climb ladders. Ability to squat, crouch, bend, twist, lift, pull, reach, and walk frequently every day. Ability to grasp and squeeze small parts and large items.

$18.25 per hour
