Base Salary Responsibilities:

Lead strategic sourcing and cost reduction initiatives across direct materials, indirect spend, logistics, and operational services. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that improve cost, quality, delivery, and service performance. Negotiate supplier agreements, annual contracts, pricing structures, rebates, and service-level agreements to drive measurable savings. Identify and implement alternate sourcing opportunities, supplier rationalization initiatives, and value engineering projects. Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular business reviews focused on performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Analyze spend data and market trends to uncover cost-saving opportunities and support sourcing decisions.

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to execute savings initiatives and improve overall supply chain efficiency. Drive logistics optimization projects related to inbound and outbound transportation, freight spend, customer fill rates, and on-time delivery performance. Monitor and report cost savings results, ensuring projects are tracked, documented, and aligned with organizational goals. Utilize data analytics to support sourcing decisions, identify opportunities, and measure procurement performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field. 5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience. Experience managing both direct and indirect procurement categories . Demonstrated success leading cost reduction projects with quantifiable results. Strong negotiation and contract management experience, including annual supplier agreements and commercial negotiations. Experience evaluating supplier markets, sourcing alternatives, and driving supplier performance improvements. Knowledge of logistics, transportation, freight optimization, and supply chain analytics. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
