This position will assist the procurement and operation initiatives with our Purchasing team. We are seeking a collaborative professional who thrives on opportunities to facilitate business solutions and achieve quality metrics. What's In It For You?   • Support daily operations related to process efficiencies, product alignment, and change management.
  • Eagerness to learn about purchasing and homebuilding industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Maintain Trade Partner pricing records and facilitate approved changes.
  • Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents.
  • Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies
  • Contractual compliance and continuance with trade partner contracts, scopes of work, insurance and training.
  • Work closely with other teams for cross departmental initiatives and backfill workflow needs. Qualifications
  • Excellent process management and organization skills.
  • Open communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills.
  • High School Diploma.
  • BS/BA in Construction, Project Manager, Business, or relevant field preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in Residential Construction preferred but not required.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams) or other related applications preferred
