Job Overview Responsibilities The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for ensuring product availability, quality and cost effectiveness. Depending on unit/venue, they will oversee purchasing-related activities, to include receiving, inventory management, equipment maintenance and supervision of warehouse staff. The Purchasing Manager will maintain strong partnerships with all vendors and will meet operations' product needs on a timely basis. The Purchasing Manager will evaluate and recommend new products to enhance standards and increase profitability and will work closely with the Confer with General Manager, Assistant GM, Director of Operations and Executive Chef regarding problem areas; Make recommendations for increasing efficiency and for changing procedures Maintain and work with General Manger to implement necessary food and labor controls and procedures. Support General Manager in forecasting sales, labor and expenses. Annually reviews standard costs and makes recommendations to General Manager to drive product costs down Act as the liaison with corporate and regional offices for purchasing activities. Pay:
$29.00 - $30.00 per hour
