Job Description
Cole's Hardware Warehouse has an exciting opportunity for the Warehouse and Purchasing Manager position at our warehouse in Danville, PA. This warehouse services product to our 12 retail site locations in central PA. Qualified applicants with prior warehouse management and purchasing experience are encouraged to apply. Summary:
Acquires, sorts, and compiles data: operates computer in performance of routine administrative warehousing, merchandising, and marketing support functions by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
(Not all inclusive) Monitors inventory levels based on Transfer Order fill rate. Generation of store purchase orders, warehouse transfer orders and item fulfillments. Make informed purchasing decisions. Accurately receives purchase orders- support as needed.

Payroll Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises 6 to 7 employees in Warehouse Distribution. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include support with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Competencies:
