Global Buyer We are seeking an experienced Global Buyer to lead sourcing and supplier management for facilities, environmental, maintenance, and operational services across multiple locations. This role focuses on cost optimization, supplier performance, risk management, contract negotiation, and service standardization. Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for facilities, environmental, maintenance, and operational services. Lead competitive sourcing events, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and implementation. Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, service levels, and issue resolution. Identify cost savings through supplier consolidation, demand management, benchmarking, and process improvement. Negotiate master service agreements, pricing structures, service levels, and commercial terms. Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and Safety teams. Monitor supplier risk, contractor compliance, service quality, and market conditions. Support budgeting, spend forecasting, savings tracking, and contract compliance. Improve procurement processes, purchasing workflows, and spend visibility. Use ERP and procurement systems to manage purchase requests, supplier data, and category performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience managing service categories, contractors, supplier portfolios, and multi-site spend. Strong contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost-reduction experience. Knowledge of facilities, environmental, maintenance, or operational services. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with ERP and procurement systems. Preferred Qualifications Professional procurement certification, such as CPSM or CIPS. Experience negotiating multi-site service agreements and managing contractor safety and compliance. #search
