Purchasing Contracts Administrator (OOJ - 44190) NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Mar/31/2026 Job Description Are you ready to take your purchasing and contract administration expertise to the next level? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Contracts Administrator to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced onsite and land development environment. This is an exciting opportunity to replace a current employee and make an immediate impact!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Purchasing Agents to support all contracting needs. Facilitate trade applications and ensure timely vendor setup, maintaining clear communication to obtain contracts, insurance documents, and business licenses. Monitor contractor compliance with contracts, insurance, and statutory requirements. Utilize your expert JDE skills to work closely with the accounting department and manage all purchasing databases. Negotiate and resolve contract changes, price adjustments, and change orders. Communicate product and pricing updates to Construction, Customer Care, and other internal teams as needed. Prepare and submit change order requests for Land Development projects. Assist with budget revision requests for Land Development initiatives.
